We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions within the organization. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in Ghanaian labour law, HR best practices, and capable of driving a strong performance and compliance culture.
Responsibilities
Oversee the full HR function including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Ensure company policies and practices are fully compliant with Ghana Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651) and other relevant regulations. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally. Lead payroll coordination, compensation structuring, and benefits administration. Design and implement performance management systems and KPIs. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Provide guidance to management on HR policies, procedures, and workforce planning. Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives. Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of HR experience. Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR compliance. Proven experience handling disciplinary procedures and employee relations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strategic thinking, decision-making ability, strong organization, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
