How we source opportunities

How we review listings

How corrections work

Users can report issues and request updates, and we may correct, expire, archive, or remove listings.

How we handle suspicious jobs

Suspicious reports can trigger review, unpublish, archive, expiry, or removal actions.

We should not invent missing information.

1. Our commitment to useful opportunity content

TapTapJob exists to help job seekers in Ghana discover useful opportunities faster with more clarity, trust, and safety.

2. Our editorial goals

We aim for content that is clear, useful, relevant, honest, safe, and updated.

3. What TapTapJob publishes

We may publish jobs, internships, graduate trainee opportunities, scholarships, fellowships, bootcamps, career training, remote opportunities, employer/organization context, career advice, and safety guidance.

4. Where opportunity information may come from

Sources may include employers, organizations, schools, NGOs, training providers, official websites, official portals, direct submissions, and reviewable public recruitment sources.

5. Manual publishing and admin review

Employers do not currently self-post directly. Listings are managed manually by TapTapJob team/admins.

6. Minimum listing quality standards

We aim for clear titles, organization identity, useful descriptions, requirements, location, application method, and deadlines where available. We should not invent missing information.

7. Employer and organization information

Where available, we present employer or organization context to improve transparency for users.

8. Editing standards

We may edit for grammar, formatting, readability, structure, categorization, duplicate cleanup, and safety clarity without changing the meaning of the opportunity.

9. What we avoid publishing

We may reject or remove content that appears fake, misleading, unsafe, abusive, illegal, or harmful.

10. No guaranteed employment claims

TapTapJob does not guarantee jobs, interviews, employer responses, selection, scholarships, admissions, or job offers.

11. Application links and email standards

Application methods should be clear and, where possible, point to relevant official pages or channels.

12. External application destinations

Many applications happen outside TapTapJob. We do not control third-party forms, privacy practices, or employer decisions.

13. Deadlines, expiry, and archived listings

Listings may be expired, archived, unpublished, or removed if deadlines pass, links break, roles close, duplicates exist, or safety concerns arise.

14. Corrections and updates

We may update links, deadlines, names, locations, instructions, and duplicate issues when reliable correction information is provided.

15. Suspicious job reports

We take suspicious reports seriously and may review, edit, unpublish, archive, expire, or remove affected listings.

16. Duplicate listings

We may merge, remove, or update duplicates and keep the clearest version for users.

17. Salary and benefits information

Salary/benefits are shown where provided by sources. If unavailable, we should not invent them.

18. Remote job standards

We aim to avoid unclear or misleading remote listings and include location eligibility restrictions where possible.

19. Scholarship, bootcamp, and training content

We aim to include provider, eligibility, delivery mode, deadline, and application method where available.

20. Career advice standards

Career advice is meant to be practical and informative, not a guarantee of outcomes.

21. Originality and content quality

We aim to add value through structured summaries, context, and clarity. We avoid plagiarism and low-value copied text.

22. Advertising and editorial independence

Ads should remain visually separate from editorial content, support actions, navigation, and application controls.

23. Sponsored or promoted content

Sponsored content, if published, should be labeled clearly and still meet safety and quality standards.

24. User feedback

User feedback helps improve listing quality, safety, and platform usefulness.

25. Our limits

Opportunity details can change after publication. Users should verify key details before applying.
