What TapTapJob provides

A Ghana-focused opportunity discovery platform with listings, profiles, saved jobs, and career content.

Applications may happen on employer sites, email, phone, or third-party portals outside TapTapJob.

User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, keep accounts secure, and avoid misuse or deceptive conduct.

Job safety

TapTapJob does not charge job seekers to apply and encourages users to report suspicious opportunities quickly.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using TapTapJob. By accessing or using TapTapJob, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What TapTapJob provides

TapTapJob may provide public listings, search tools, job seeker accounts, profile features, CV uploads, saved jobs, match scores, career advice, safety guidance, and support channels.

3. Eligibility and responsible use

You may use TapTapJob only lawfully and responsibly. If under 18, use guidance from a trusted adult.

4. No employment guarantee

No guaranteed outcomes

TapTapJob does not guarantee employment, interviews, responses, or final offers.

TapTapJob does not guarantee jobs, interviews, employer responses, listing availability, unchanged salary/requirements/deadlines, or outcomes based on match scores.

5. User accounts

Users must provide accurate information, keep login details secure, and avoid impersonation or abusive account behavior. You are responsible for activity through your account.

6. Job seeker profiles

You are responsible for ensuring profile details are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

7. CV uploads

By uploading a CV, you confirm it is lawful, accurate to your knowledge, and safe. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data such as PINs, passwords, OTPs, or private financial details.

8. Saved jobs

Saved jobs are for convenience only and do not reserve opportunities, notify employers, or guarantee listing availability later.

9. Job match scores

Match scores are guidance only, not hiring decisions, not guarantees, and not professional career advice.

10. Job listings and opportunity content

Listings may be sourced from official pages, announcements, submissions, and public sources. TapTapJob may edit content for clarity and safety.

11. Accuracy of job information

We try to keep listings useful and current, but details may change after publication.

External application process

Application forms, employer responses, and final decisions are handled by third-party destinations.

Applications may happen through external websites, links, emails, phones, or third-party portals. TapTapJob does not control employer response, interview process, or final hiring decisions.

We may reject/remove misleading, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, illegal, deceptive, or unsafe listings.

You must not misuse the platform through fraud, scraping abuse, impersonation, spam, malware, unauthorized data collection, or security interference.

Career content is for general information only and is not legal, financial, immigration, academic, or guaranteed outcome advice.

19. Third-party links and external websites

TapTapJob is not responsible for third-party content, policies, security, forms, payments, or hiring decisions on external websites.

20. Advertising

Advertising separation

Ads should remain clearly distinct from legal controls, support actions, navigation, and application links.

TapTapJob may display ads, including Google AdSense. Ads should remain visually distinct from support links, navigation, and application actions.

21. Intellectual property

TapTapJob branding, software, design, and original content belong to TapTapJob or are used with permission unless stated otherwise.

22. User-submitted content

By submitting reports, corrections, or opportunity details, you permit TapTapJob to use that content to operate, moderate, and improve the platform.

23. Account restriction, suspension, or termination

TapTapJob may restrict or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud risk, harmful conduct, or legal breaches.

24. Platform availability

Platform availability may be affected by maintenance, hosting/network issues, security incidents, or updates. We may change features over time.

Liability limitation

Users should verify opportunities and make independent decisions before applying.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TapTapJob is not responsible for losses resulting from external applications, employer decisions, third-party platforms, outdated listings, suspicious third-party recruiters, technical interruptions, or user decisions based on platform content.

26. Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims or losses arising from your misuse of TapTapJob, unlawful conduct, or violation of these terms.

27. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.

28. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ghana, unless another applicable law requires otherwise.
