LMI Holdings is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to align subsidiary HR strategy with business objectives and employee-relations needs.
Responsibilities
Develop HR strategies, coordinate recruitment and appointments, partner with line managers on performance management, guide managers on HR matters and coordinate learning needs.
Requirements
First Degree plus relevant HR certification, at least 10 years HR management experience, employee-relations strength, labour-law knowledge and strategy experience required.
