Mining Pro is hiring a Human Resource Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance support, employee relations, HR policies, labour compliance, training, engagement, payroll and benefits support.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee records, performance management, employee relations, HR policy implementation, labour law compliance, training coordination and payroll or benefits administration support.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. Professional HR certification is an advantage. 2-3 years HR administration experience, Ghanaian labour law knowledge, HRIS experience and strong Microsoft Office skills required.
