Hala-GH is hiring a Human Resources Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration and staff development.
Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and onboarding, handle employee relations, support KPI and performance processes, monitor attendance and leave, prepare payroll inputs, maintain employee records and HR documentation, and support compliance with Ghana Labour Laws.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field. Minimum 2 years HR experience, good knowledge of Ghana Labour Laws, strong communication and administrative skills, Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to maintain confidentiality.
