Ghana Union Assurance Ltd is hiring a Human Resource Officer to support HR documentation, recruitment, onboarding, attendance, policy implementation and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, support recruitment and exits, administer leave and attendance, implement HR policies, support performance management, engagement, conflict resolution and training coordination.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years HR generalist experience. Insurance experience is an advantage. Labour law knowledge, HR best practices, communication and Microsoft Office skills required.
