CERATH Development Organization is hiring a Human Resource Officer to support recruitment, employee records, onboarding, training, performance management, HR reporting and labour compliance.
Responsibilities
Support recruitment and selection, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding and training, assist HR policy implementation, prepare HR reports and support employee relations.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 1-2 years relevant HR experience is an advantage. Good communication, organization, Microsoft Office skills, confidentiality and ability to work with minimal supervision required.
