SBP Africa is hiring a Field Recruiter to source, screen and recruit candidates through field activities, community engagement, referrals and direct outreach.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through field visits and job fairs, advertise vacancies, screen applicants, support onboarding, build candidate databases and maintain recruitment records.
Requirements
Minimum SHS or Diploma in HR, Business Administration or related field. Recruitment, sales or field operations experience preferred. Must be able to travel frequently and ride a motorcycle with valid licence.
