Shaft Mechanical Supervisor role coordinating shaft mechanical maintenance across hoisting, pumping, ventilation and conveyance systems.
Responsibilities
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate shutdowns and spares, investigate failures, lead technicians and contractors, conduct risk assessments and maintain CMMS records.
Requirements
Degree, HND or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering or related field. Minimum 5-8 years in shaft mechanical maintenance, mine infrastructure maintenance or heavy industrial mechanical environments. Supervisory experience required.
