Absolute Glam is hiring Sales Representatives for its Avon Range in East Legon, Accra to build territory sales, recruit beauty stores and manage sales growth.
Responsibilities
Meet KPIs for sales, coverage and store listing, recruit beauty stores, monitor stock and re-orders, develop new business opportunities, plan area coverage, report competitive activity, forecast sales, train distributor sales teams and build customer relationships.
Requirements
Relevant FMCG experience preferably in beauty or cosmetics, sales and distribution knowledge, customer orientation, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint proficiency, English proficiency, strong communication and negotiation, time management, planning, entrepreneurial mindset and knowledge of Ghana geography and trade dynamics required.
