SBP Africa is hiring an Operations and Maintenance Project Lead to lead maintenance standardization, technical coordination, project execution, reporting and operational improvement across manufacturing units.
Responsibilities
Develop maintenance SOPs, coordinate project and maintenance teams, manage trackers and milestones, monitor CapEx, optimize spare parts and prepare Power BI or Excel reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related Engineering. 3-5 years manufacturing or industrial experience, maintenance planning, operations coordination or project management experience. CMMS/ERP experience preferred.
