Human Resource Officer role supporting HR documentation, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations and training coordination.
Responsibilities
Maintain employee records, support recruitment, onboarding and exit processes, administer leave and attendance tracking, ensure labor law and policy compliance, support performance management, learning and development, employee engagement and internal communications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years experience in an HR generalist role. Insurance industry experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent communication and organizational skills and Microsoft Office/HR systems proficiency required.
