Advans Ghana is hiring Client Relationship Officers to prospect for clients, appraise loan applications, and grow loan and deposit portfolios across its branch network in Ghana.

Responsibilities

Prospect for clients, support communication and outreach in assigned zones, introduce products and services, follow up with prospects, assist clients with loan applications, conduct field appraisals, present loan requests to the loan committee, organise recovery actions for late repayment, maintain regular field contact with clients, keep complete client documentation, prepare weekly work plans, and analyse client portfolio performance using operational reports.

Requirements

Applicants should have at least a Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of working experience including National Service. Good mathematical ability, market appraisal skills, and knowledge of accounting are expected. Practical knowledge of micro and small businesses and the market environment is an advantage.
