Hala-GH is hiring an entry-level Accounts Officer to support the Senior Accountant with financial records, transactions, reporting and administrative accounting duties.
Responsibilities
Record daily transactions, maintain accounting records, prepare vouchers and journal entries, assist reconciliations, monitor payments, support monthly reports, assist inventory and asset records, organize finance files and prepare audit documents.
Requirements
HND, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 1 year accounting experience preferred, though fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge may apply. Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency required.
