Accountant role managing real estate, property and construction finance operations.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain financial records, process invoices, contractor payments and property expenses, support project budgets, cost tracking, cash flow, bank reconciliations, monthly reports, forecasting, financial statements, investment reporting and compliance.
Requirements
3-5 years finance experience. Real estate, property or construction finance experience required. Strong bookkeeping, analytical, accounting software, Excel and attention-to-detail skills required. AAT, ACCA or CIMA is beneficial but not essential.
